The death of a husband, wife, or any loved one is always terribly distressing, and your family, friends, and colleagues will do their best to be sympathetic and supportive. Sadly though, the final arrangements for a Veteran / Retiree of the US Armed Forces or Spouse will be complicated simply by the fact of being overseas.
With that in mind, and to ensure that you receive all possible assistance, ARMAF-B has provided a practical guide which will ease some of the burden on the survivors of Veteran & Retirees who reside overseas.
To help raise awareness and provide support, Post 605 will host a Survivor's Guide Workshop on Saturday morning, 12 April from 08h30 - 10h30 at the VFW Post 605 office in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
